Silly me

So after I purchased the ticket for June 26th - July 26th, I discover that my responsibilities with CTY aren't done until July 27th. After a brief freak out, I got a hold of Orbitz and found out that I qualified for a "courtesy cancel," since I had just made the reservation less than 24 hours earlier. But the ticket might not be refunded for 30-60 days, which sucked but what could I do. I cancelled that ticket and then found the exact same ticket for June 27th - July 27th for about $50 bucks less. There is a reason for everything, this one was for saving me money! So the ticket fiasco has been solved.
I had also toyed around with the idea of buying a cool spinner suitcase like this one, but I am not sure if I can justify the money for it right now when I have a perfectly good suitcase. But the 4 wheels would make getting to my hotel on the train that much easier!
I will be buying a new tiny netbook computer. For those of you who don't know, a netbook is a tiny laptop that is usually 10 inches big and weighs only about 2/2.5 lbs at the most. It will be perfect for me to BLOG, to keep up with emails and to teach the WEB 2.0 class for CCPS. This is the one I am thinking I will buy, but my options are still open.
The trip is less than 2 months away! I am getting excited, each week brings it closer!!!
